Overall, my experience with FIS has been positive, hence the platform offers a comprehensive set of tools for managing treasury operation including cash management and financial reporting and it helping users identify and mitigate financial risks effectively and which improves workflow efficiency.

Complete failure! Being more than ten years in Treasury with seven years in SAP Treasury consulting in a big four, I have never experienced something like this. The project started in Q2 2022, and still, not even simple SEPA payments are fully possible. The responsible teams at FIS are not communicating, nor are they able to finish simple tasks (e.g. initialize an EBICS user) in an acceptable time frame. In general, FIS has severe internal problems in every area.
