Scalable - we have a large estate. Fairly easy to deploy agents. Fairly easy to integrate with other data feeds.
Customer support goes too long to assist and resolve. Even after creating a ticket (which in it self is tough ) it takes lots of to and fro with the support engineer. Better to schedule a call and explain it.
it pulls out some false info in case of Virtualization layers like serial no .
Does not perform complete inventory on MAC devices. Recognition for some publishers is inaccurate/incomplete. Makes me log in every 5 minutes
