Azure Management tools has so far provided me with a good overall experience. Its robust monitoring, automation and security features have played a vital role in optimizing our cloud operations and ensuring security and compliance of our Azure environment.

The support from Morpheus was amazing all the way from sales to engineering and delivery. I liked that Morpheus allowed us to choose the experience we wanted to deliver without a lot of brittle scripting or custom code.

I find IBM Turbonomic to be an incredibly powerful APM and Network monitoring solution that harnesses the potential of automation and AI driven analytics to enhance performance, availability and efficiency of our applications and IT infrastructure. With real time data and proactive insights, it assists our IT team in optimizing resource allocation as well as making well informed decisions about workload scaling and placement and solving issues before they affect our users.

It has the best in features of multi cloud management and advanced capacity planning. For featuring structure it has the best intelligence root system. It has powerful monitoring and analytics capabilities. We have created some policies for multi cloud environments and our infrastructure with common compliance management.

Our company entered the China market in 1984. With over 4,500 employees, who has established manufacturing plants in East, South and North China. Connext provide us with professional MSP service and Connext CMP help us to digital transformation. In general, Connext CMP meet most of our requirement for a cloud management platform. We preferred to purchase standardized platform/product for further support and iterate. The modules make me cannot put it down like Security Center, Real-time sales dashboard in world wide. Simultaneously, their MSP service promises us a stable platform and a safe application environment.

Vendor has been very responsive regarding modifications and changes my organization has requested. They've also been extremely transparent about their roadmap. Engineering process has been slow at times, but they've put forth a concerted effort to ramp up their development team to cover major changes in cloud technologies.

The overall experience with workload optimization manager has been excellent. It has served me in my work through many ways, from being a simple task monitor & scheduler to let me to connect through many other networks to carry out day to day work.

Documentation is detailed, clear and concise, the teams we've interfaced with are exceptional, and it's great to use a fully fledged product that does all of what we need it to all in one place. Our feedback and feature suggestions are always heard and taken into consideration and are often passed on to Engineering for implementation. All in all, we honestly couldn't wish for a better product to meet the requirements of our journey into the start of our Kubernetes future.
