Overall it just fits in nicely with our setup and does what its supposed to do most of the time.

A lot of Add-ons that are not included in the basic package. The VPN client does not work well with some MFA solutions (DUO in our case). Cannot be upgraded if you do not have the proper license.

Effective Endpoint Protection and Reliable Integration with Existing Security Tools

It does the job well for endpoint protection and VPN mostly works fine for secure access. However, it disconnects on its own a couple of times a day which I think should be taken care of.
