FortiClient Likes & Dislikes
Overall it just fits in nicely with our setup and does what its supposed to do most of the time.
Not very expensive as other solutions. The client can be packaged using your preferences.
the connection speed
Sometimes configuration takes time and auto disconnect is a big problem which needs to be fixed.
A lot of Add-ons that are not included in the basic package. The VPN client does not work well with some MFA solutions (DUO in our case). Cannot be upgraded if you do not have the proper license.
I feel like the security is a little weak

Effective Endpoint Protection and Reliable Integration with Existing Security Tools
It does the job well for endpoint protection and VPN mostly works fine for secure access. However, it disconnects on its own a couple of times a day which I think should be taken care of. - IT Associate50M-1B USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source

FortiClient Enhances Security and Dependability for OT Company
Using FortiClient enabled my company's customer (an OT company) to move beyond sole reliance on its leased line for securely accessing its environment, which is very crucial for conducting critical operations. Setting up a secondary secure connection via VPN provided them an efficient failover connection to ensure uninterrupted access in case the primary link goes down. - DATA AND ANALYTICS MANAGER50M-1B USDEnergy and UtilitiesReview Source
Achieving User Satisfaction with a Reliable Product
I have been using this product for the last two years and I found it extremely easy to use and it gets integrated with other MFA platforms. - NETWORK DESIGN ENGINEER<50M USDTelecommunicationReview Source
