This feature is also available in other competitors, but the Fortinet OT Security platform offers at cost effective price point making it stronger value for the budget The accessibility & Segmentation features is the core feature of its security architecture. Fortinet OT Security platform is also offering micro segmentation. This helps both for security and manageability across our OT environment. Lastly, Ease of Access and usability has been consistent strength across all Fortinet products and OT security platform is no exception. The interface is intuitive and learning curve is minimal for teams already familiar with Fortinet ecosystem.

Read Full ReviewOne of the key concerns we encountered is the recurring emergence of critical vulnerabilities in Fortinet products. Although Fortinet releases patches quickly to address these issues but frequency of such high-severity issues raises concern about long term platform resilience and proactive security hardening. Additionally, the initial configuration and tuning of the OT security Platform can be complex especially for the team who had different products in their environment. Lastly, the documentation for OT related cases is a major issue. Although Fortinet has a great documentation for generic scenarios, but OT cases will streamline implementation and troubleshooting.
