I truly enjoy our overall experience. The rep has been extremely helpful, and is super clear, and quick to reply via chats, which I personally admire. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is due to certain not so out of the box solutions. But again, he is always willing to help us find a way to make things work, and it seems like your team is super open to make some feature developement / improvement if there's a need.

We adopted Advantageclub.ai to improve employee engagement and rewards distribution. Compared to our earlier manual reward tracking process, the platform provides much better transparency through structured tier visibility, milestone tracking, and a centralized redemption experience. Adoption among employees was smooth, and the interface is easy to navigate. The platform has improved visibility into reward eligibility and reduced confusion around incentive distribution. Some improvements are still needed in support responsiveness during issue resolution.

It is a fantastic system and our support of Client Services, is phenomenal to work with. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and innovative.

When we started with implementation we had doubts whether we made the right decision. But Annex Cloud invested highly in improving their product and giving us lots of support based on which our satisfaction in the product changed from not satisfied to very satisfied

Talon was easy to work with, they were great at explaining how their product worked and the capabilities and to share their documentation. We had issues with securing sufficient time to work through the Solution as our contract limited us to 4 hours a month of technical support so had to buy additional PS hours The way the offers are constructed within Talon meant that we were unable to deliver a number of our requirements due to limitations with the APIs
