The bulk content feature allows our employees to share all of our content with one click; and then the content is distributed automatically over several days. This has helped us reach broader audiences and more potential targets and new employees, continuing our hunt to be a thought leader.
1. Easy to use without much training. 2. New users can be added easily. 3. Great account support.
Gaggle AMP team could work on improving their Website interaction.
From a backend standpoint, tagging can be cumbersome for our team to do, as it takes a lot of time to tag each and every post for what industry each post features. The interface is a bit clunky as an admin but I know they are working to improve it. The tool is a bit pricey, so budget accordingly.
1. Some of the features are not at flashy as other similar tools, but GaggleAMP did recently release a new dashboard that addresses some of this. 2. Some of our users, who were posting through GaggleAMP, were flagged as spammers and had their account locked on social media. However, GaggleAMP did provide us with assistance to help get this resolved. 3. Have found the cost to be a little higher than other tools in recent comparisons.
