Hootsuite provides a robust visual platform to view multiple owned channels and platforms. I have particularly liked how it is an intuitive platform for new users to easily get acclimated to the functionality. The social listening aspect is also really helpful because it scans earned media and allows us to effectively tailor our future messages into exactly what our audience wants to hear.

Overall my experience with Hootsuite was alright. I used the program for 1 year and didn't have regular calls with my success team and felt that I had to learn the program and it's capabilities independently.
