It provided real time tracking of the brand mentions, engagement and analytics report. Overall Zoho social is a very good tool to manage your business social media under a single platform, you do not have to use multiple platforms individually to post to different channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google my business, youtube, WhatsApp Etc. Zoho social helps deduce our efforts in managing social media channels individually, we can manage all tools under one roof, it easily integrates with Canva also which makes it easy to design the post and also a very cost effective tool and integrates with the Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools.
