Zoho Social is social media management tool that help our business in optimizing our social media posting, scheduling, monitoring, check engagement and analyzing the performance across multiple channels. it have very good features like smart scheduling, social listing, content calendar and a very detailed analytics report of multiple platforms under one roof. it allow team collaboration so that we can provide access to our team member with limited controls to design, scheduling, approval and publishing the post. It provided real time tracking of the brand mentions, engagement and analytics report. Overall Zoho social is a very good tool to manage your business social media under a single platform, you do not have to use multiple platforms individually to post to different channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google my business, youtube, WhatsApp Etc. Zoho social helps deduce our efforts in managing social media channels individually, we can manage all tools under one roof, it easily integrates with Canva also which makes it easy to design the post and also a very cost effective tool and integrates with the Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools.

The experience is average, does the required job. There is nothing different in this tool, reports, insights and analytics are similar to a normal tool that we use. There is a limitation for data crawling.
