We have been using it for all our ORM needs. We have more than 30 social media accounts with millions of followers which makes it very difficult to keep a track if produxt enquiries, leads, complaints etc from the clutter. Sprout does an excellent job in helping it segregate and create a flow

“Expensive, Poor Usability, Questionable ROI, and Terrible Customer Service”

Unfortunately, we ended up regretting our decision to use Sprout Social. It's very expensive. It has poor usability. Advertised features are often behind paywalls. It delivered questionable RO. What really put the nail in the coffin for us was the poor customer service. We missed our automatic annual renewal date by a few weeks, and despite wanting to cancel, they insisted we'd have to pay for the full year, whether we used the software or not. To us, that says everything about the company. If you need to trap people into your product, it must not be that good. Buyer beware. There seems to be superior alternatives, that cost less, and are more customer friendly.
