Zoho Social is social media management tool that help our business in optimizing our social media posting, scheduling, monitoring, check engagement and analyzing the performance across multiple channels. it have very good features like smart scheduling, social listing, content calendar and a very detailed analytics report of multiple platforms under one roof. it allow team collaboration so that we can provide access to our team member with limited controls to design, scheduling, approval and publishing the post. It provided real time tracking of the brand mentions, engagement and analytics report. Overall Zoho social is a very good tool to manage your business social media under a single platform, you do not have to use multiple platforms individually to post to different channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google my business, youtube, WhatsApp Etc. Zoho social helps deduce our efforts in managing social media channels individually, we can manage all tools under one roof, it easily integrates with Canva also which makes it easy to design the post and also a very cost effective tool and integrates with the Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools.Read all insights and reviews for Zoho Social

We have been a Sprinklr customer for 10 years and have witnessed many changes throughout the years. We received stellar customer service and had a wonderful experience for a significant portion of our time with them. However, once they went public everything seemed to go downhill. I am willing to attribute some of this to our own internal changes we were experiencing. Sprinklr is no longer as reliable as it has been in the past. A fair amount of our issues had to do with just how old and bloated our environment was after so many years. As new features and optimizations were added, many of the previous rules and workflows we had built to serve our needs became obsolete or would negatively interact with newer, updated features. At multiple points, I tried to enlist the assistance of Product Specialists and our account reps, but Sprinklr continued to gut these services and I wasn't able to get assistance in updating our systems to work smoothly. I do think a larger company with more dedicated internal resources would have a much better experience with Sprinklr. I'm a big fan of how flexible Social Studio is - if I want a CS package for Twitter, I've got it. If I want to research a topic, I can easily set it up because it is also reliable in its feature set. It collects data from different sources and it is also very easy to download the collected data if you wish. It has a good overall user interface, is reasonably well organized and easy to use on a daily basis, easy to use and tons of cool features for case management and online reputation management with support for multiple platforms.
