I like that it is easy to do social listening with Khoros and how it allows you to take multiple actions by selecting individual and multiple posts from different dashboards making the work faster and more efficient.

It offers user-friendly operation, with the flexibility to incorporate additional features tailored to your requirements, making it suitable for both basic and advance social media automation needs. 3. Taking into account the amount of comments we daily receive, it's easy for the team to monitor and engage with the community.

I dislike that it glitches and stops pulling in the content suddenly without displaying any error, also, when the load on the tool increases it lags and eventually hampers the productivity. I also dislike the fact that it sometimes pulls in the content very late.

The tagging issue, sometimes it completely misses posts, wrong metrics sometimes

1. There is not an easy way to undersnd where you left off when monitoring streams. 2. It could be very expensive compared to their competitors. 3. The analytics of the software is not as strong as the content or listening.

    Khoros is excellent as we have a large number of accounts and channels and a large volume of content so juggling that manually would be virtually impossible. It's not without it's flaws but it is marketedly better than its Christmas-vegetable relation. It is very helpful for doing what it says it will do and helping to programme social networking posts.
