The service did not deliver as promised... we paid a very high price for the service and because it never could have the functionality promised in sales and demos.. we even worked with their tech support team .. they promised to deliver the functionality .. sadly that never happened.. we had to use manual work arounds .. which defeated the purpose of using the service.. we paid for 9 months.. and stopped using it after 6 months... and they have now moved the whole thing to collections despite me stating repeatedly to every person in the company we dealt with to fix the issue so we paid for 9 months.. used 6 and they are still trying to collect money despite them mis representing the service on the demo and repeatedly trying tell us they would fix the functionality.

I love the customizable tracking dashboards that allow me to easily capture my organization's most important metrics and export to PDF.
Basic scheduling and preloading of posts. You can get that with much cheaper services though.
The IRIS AI helps analyse the peak for thousands of conversations.
There are a few minor features I wish it had, including easily adding alt text for scheduled Instagram posts.
Lack of functionality with all platforms and many of the big ones
The data refresh after changes in query takes a lot of time.

Falcon.io review after 4 years of usage
We looked for a tool to create multi platform posts, which can at the same time provide some reporting functions. We got all what we needed from Falcon. It became a part of Brandwatch product portfolio, so compatibility issues were gone. Three main beneficiaries are there in our company: researchers, consumer intelligence guys and analysts. We can now compare ourselves to competitors in case of social media contents, so benchmarking became easier, resulting in more efficient campaigns, so we became instantly more cost efficient. We work with some influencers, this product can be shared with them with a guest account, so they don't need our employees to create content.
