Overall the product is fine. The company has gone through some changes, and I've had a lot of different reps. Not that it matters much, because all the reps do is try to upsell me on product upgrades. They don't have any actual insights into social media trends.

I really enjoy the platform and the ability to link most of the social platforms. With limitations in API connections, there have been some issues with ability to see photos and full text in cases when sending over to Agent. This has been a challenge at times.
