It has an extremely simple, extremely understandable interface, and this applies to almost every segment.
Functionally the platform is a critical part of my job.
We are able to customize our request based on our job requirements which is easier for and also we are able to generate reports based on our interaction when using the product.
API limitations can be quite a drawback when using Emplifi, but this isn't directly related to Emplifi itself. I've also occasionally noticed it can't retrieve certain publicly available data, but this has only happened once in our three years of use.
The publisher has improved. But I would really like a phone app that helps with scheduling, and/or notifications to publish things manually. I use a different service for this.
I wish the price of the product could be more affordable since our company is a small company compared to other MNO in Malaysia.
