I like that this tool integrates with other Salesforce features that my client's organization uses. Also, I like that we can see a schedule of when posts will be published, as well as plan ahead for occasions and celebrations all thanks to the customizable dashboard. I love the images in the reports after our posts are published as we can see measures of positivity and negativity, engagement, reach and much more. I also like that it gives us information on the platform about community issues and allows us to monitor the topics that interest us. Also, its deployment is very strong, there are no processing errors or integrations, almost everything is integrated with Salesforce. In a nutshell, I love your customizations, I think they make a good sense of the overall operation of the program.
Depth of information that can be gathered from multiple sources and centrally analysed. Quite easy to start using as the interface is intuitive. Can set up different user profiles to give varying levels of access and control.
It not only caters within Social marketing but also analytics for social media platforms and their impact and engagement.
There really isn't much to dislike about Salesforce Social Studio, it's a super decent social platform, I think it's a notch above Hootsuite for business use, as this tool gives you all the features you as a user might need. In my case, it would only improve a little to get a better search system that allows me to do it more easily.
End to end management of social media channels is not possible through this tool - you still need to access local accounts directly. Initial setup can be difficult with care needed to set up consistent keywords and naming conventions. While it is good to get lots of data, analysis of the data within the tool, and options for export, require improvement.
There are no drawbacks of using such multi-functional platform.

It collects data from different sources and it is also very easy to download the collected data if you wish. It has a good overall user interface, is reasonably well organized and easy to use on a daily basis, easy to use and tons of cool features for case management and online reputation management with support for multiple platforms.
