When starting at Coperor, I liked that it linked our health care information all together. Implementing master data management, data governance, and an operational data store, all at one place, for any organization appeared to be an ideal scenario.
The consistency and accuracy of the mastered data enables our team to focus on the added client value of analytics and insights, providing the next best action to the patient services teams. The Coperor solution is SAAS, making it easy to integrate with our solution and scale effectively as data and entity volumes increase. Transparency to the Coperor configurations ensures accurate results as well as the ability to tweak and enhance the rules.
Gaine products play well with others. They are dependable and perform well with an interoperability that makes projects run smoothly. The Salesforce connector has been straight forward to implement and maintain. We can interact with the data at multiple levels (such as through console or through data warehouse) which allows for the right tool to be selected for the task at hand. Their matching methods are extensive and to get in the weeds, I far prefer their stacked presentation of matches through the Coperor Console over the side-by-side method of others.
Coperor operates in a difficult environment due to data integration issues arising from the use of different systems. A critical issue identified at our various clinics is that uploading and harmonizing legacy data has been a big challenge.
As a partner of Gaine for many years now, we have seen Coperor mature significantly. The product is solid as improvements continue to be implemented. Coperor is a solution and requires Gaine support resources for some configuration changes, client specific requirements, and enhancements. Although this can create some complexity in our team's scheduling, there have been no negative impacts.
Even though I do believe in the SaaS model for companies without large IT departments, there are admittedly times when I want to jump in and administer the match rules myself.
