GCA's normal engagements are done in one of three ways: 1. Fixed price - most of projects and managed services are delivered for a fixed price. 2. T&E - GCA can offer the contracting of a full-time resource to deliver services under the client's supervision. 3. Experts on demand - clients can engage GCA's consultants on an ad-hoc basis for project work and troubleshooting.

More on what we can upgrade to , rather than on what we can improve on. There were no proper understanding on functional processes and suggesting upgrades without solving issues. Any issues that were informed is taken as a support ticket to Microfocus, which is not expected always. Clear on steps to be upgrade, but suggestions didn't work always.

    They are very responsive and personable. They have quick response times and are always available even after hours to assist with any issues that may come up. They have worked with us with P.O's when our legal department gets behind and we have issues getting contracts signed and released in a timely manner. I have nothing negative to say about our experience with this company.

    They make IAM a pleasurable experience. Meeting with them the first time will easy answer all questions about IAM. They were the first organization that was able to do that. They also have incredible depth of knowledge. We had an individual leave in the middle of our deployment and he was replaced but a super knowledgable person.
