iC Consult stands out for their deep product knowledge - their on-site consultants will usually have the answers, and if not they can quickly obtain them internally or from product vendors through their extensive partnerships. They always take a proactive approach, always challenging preconceptions and ideas ultimately driving innovation, resulting in robust, secure and maintainable solutions. I especially appreciate the educational aspects; we frequently have iC Consult hold workshops and training boot-camps in an effort to elevate other team members.
ic is creating a relationship with their customers instead of being focused on selling stuff
Their high level of expertise, professionalism, and hands-on mentality. Balancing costs and benefits.
My experience with iC Consult has been largely positive. It would be useful if they continued to scale their capacity in near/offshore locations whilst ensuring that they maintain quality standards and the requisite product knowledge.
usual Consulting Problem: sometimes we get a new consultant even though we e been really happy with the one we already hat
I think we had a bit too many changes of consultants, which led to additional work during onboarding onto the existing processes, infrastructure and project. I would have liked more guidance, as they have much more insight into best practices in the market due to the fact that they also do consulting/implementations for many other companies. Is customisation really always necessary or would standard configurations also have been possible -> keyword: would'nt it have been better to adapt/change the process instead of the IT solution?
