Honestly its a good product but maybe a bit overhyped for the price. visibility into active directory is great and easy deployment. Tuning it to stop flagging legit users took longer than the sales guys said it would, solid once its up and running.

CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen Identity Security has been a strong addition to our security stack, particularly in hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments. The integration between endpoint telemetry and identity protection is one of the main advantages compared to more fragmented solutions. Effective threat detection across travel networks, with real time identity protection
My experience with Falcon Next Gen Identity Security has been highly effective, especially given the complexities of our travel infrastructure. The threat detection is incredibly sharp at mapping out lateral movement across our global network of remote agents and airport desks, though it did initially flag some of our legacy booking and PMS as malicious. It has completely eliminated alert fatigue for our lean team by building complex login events into a single, highly actionable timeline rather than bombarding us with individual notifications.
