It does a job providing me with the access code to log into some products. I would expect it to use a biometric identifier like FaceID though.

I have been a user of the RSA soft tokens for the last 3 years. It provides robust security for VPN and remote machines. Easy to maintain and install.

It is very simple to use. There's not really any way of getting confused.

I like fast 2FA and the timed pin - boosts security. Ability to monitor user behavior - AI equipped. Supports multiple integrations.

Cost is slightly higher for small businesses

Lack of FaceID recognition. It just takes longer to enter a passcode, and this is also open to error, so sometimes I lose time, when all I really want to do is a simple login.

With RSA SecurID, everything works. No problems to report.
