“End User Needs Sometimes Overlooked in Diverse and Vast APM Program Updates”
APM is a great program with vast capabilities. The only issue is that I think in some instances they are not as familiar with the end users daily use and needs for the product. Upgrades are often but with these upgrades features that end users had with previous versions are disrupted resulting in having to create new work process to "get by" until GE fixes the issue.

- Vendor representatives are polite and timely address our requests

- product lacks several features, mostly adequate machine startup and shutdown monitoring capabilities
- very complex organization, sometimes it is hard to get to the right people to fix an issue
- limited investments in the areas we are interested in over the past couple of years
