“Modular deployment and high availability, but lacks in-depth documentation for self-managed clusters”
I like the modular deployment and cluster implementation of IBM Maximo. A few points that I think are highlights are the OOB high availability due to its OpenShift Cluster deployment, deploying only the modules I want, and having the AI as a module so I can use WatsonX on products that use it instead of being an unnecessary overhead.

It worked: The tool is comprehensive and caters to all areas of the company. It´s customizable.
It didn´t work: The tool is very basic, are not intuitive, advanced functions like schedulle is hard to configure. It doesn´t have native maintenance indicators, everything needs to be thought out and developed. It doesn´t deliver ready-made solutions for maintenance management.
