Our overall experience with the vendor has been average. While the platform successfully provides a centralized space for handling core procurement tasks, the daily user experience was bogged down by being somewhat sluggish. It was able to complete baseline operations and keep the team moving forward, but it did lack responsiveness and modern interface design to make it an efficient asset.
