I like it how easy it is to track the onboarding within the platform, very user friendly, Managers can see where the new hires are stuck and can take action without even asking. The interface is clean and for new hires dont feel overwhelmed. The templates for onboarding saves a lot of time.
Ease of use, easy to deploy and easy for the applicants/employees to utilize. They also have good calendaring integrations, which makes scheduling much easier.

Some of the task automations feels a bit limited. Would be great if there were more triggers or conditional options. Integration with our HRIS tool workday took a lot of time for integration. Reporting is not as flexible as we would like. Its hard to pull cross-team onboarding insights.
Their contracting terms and processes are a bit rigid.
