Excellent customer service. Direct access to owner/CEO makes decision making and negotiations smooth and faster. Guava/CCK is able to find a workaround or solution to problems encountered.

1. The process of generating reports has been quite tedious so far and more training is needed to allow familiarity with the developer tool required for said reports 2. Some functionalities from our old Treasury system cannot be recreated by GUAVA 3. Some processes are involving collateral management are more complicated to perform relative to our previous Treasury system

1. Some small backend changes which will need vendor intervention. 2. Certain product development required a bit complicated way rather than straight thru 3. Some support require other office support which cause a bit longer time to response

Connectivity to our other ERP systems although it might be because also that our other systems are not easily connected.
