The program makes it extremely user friendly and almost impossible to miss steps to complete taxes. You can search for forms easily and print what you need easily. You can e-file Federal and State or print and mail. You can also do multiple returns.

Cost is the biggest benefit for me. This service is every bit as good as services that cost substantially more money to accomplish the same results. Impressive features given the price.

1. Saves all my old data. 2. Fills in the information I have given it so I don't have to repeatedly enter the same information over and over again. 3. Keeps up to date on the latest regulations. 4. Updates the questionnaire each year.

I have found nothing I dislike.

Automated tools for importing data did not work for me despite using a common payroll company. The self-help aspect needs significant improvement, it was hard to get an answer of a basic question about filing state taxes when work in one state but live in another. Streamlining the design would make the application more intuitive.

1. up until this year it made you go through all the elements of the questions even though they did not apply. 2. up until this year had very limited access to external pay records like W2s. 3. Trys to upsell too much. 4. Can do a better job and pulling information from one specific area to a different module. Like is said this works great within a module but could work better across modules.
