The suite comes with the microservices and runs on Kubernetes platform. The resource utilization is very less comparing to the other providers. Providing access to the new users could be better. Adding a new user on the GUI console would be more efficient. Monitoring the license metrics on the GUI console would be easier.
Calendar management for scheduling jobs and holidays in plain text is cumbersome and confusing when you have multiple job streams referencing multiple calendars. If a command fails or is typed incorrectly, there is little to no help available for how to fix it. It is confusing when we need to enter commands as 'conman' vs as a standard user, and based on webinars of future upgrades this differentiation is not going away.
1) I have not seen a good way to submit a request to an API and monitor it from start to finish. 2) I have not seen the knowledge of the product nor the dedication from the support team that I get from other vendors. Responses take many days or until I escalate, and cases stay open for several months going in circles. 3) We have been experiencing some issues since the upgrade which require us to bounce every 3-4 weeks to avoid an outage. No one seems to know why.
