We have great support and Intersystems listens to our issues and helps us provides solutions every time. If there is no fix, they will create something that can solve our issue. What I like most is how flexible the platform is to help us with our growing need of data.
it is very in depth and you are able to find what you need but to find it, it takes time

Queuing and processing can be quicker, processing messages, loading data from healthshare, edge to health insight can be quicker.

access to ISC team when issues arise-- this is greatly improved so not what I dislike now. What I have found dissatisfying is the inability for ISC to support our customization of out of the box product

Intersystems: Navigating the Abundance of Documentation
When we originally implemented this we had Intersystems Educators come to us and they provided in-person training. We have dedicated managers who are familiar with our configurations to guide us. They also have a support system that connects us to Intersystems experts to troubleshoot more nuanced tasks.
