The browser extension, LLM gateway, and MCP gateway together provide a centralized approach for monitoring AI adoption, identifying shadow AI usage, and enforcing security controls. Deployment was relatively smooth and the team was responsive during onboarding and support discussions. The product is evolving quickly with new capabilities focused on AI security and governance.
