What I like most about the product is its feature to understand resource management and as well as to reduce underutilization of the resource which is a key factor in an organization. The tool can be used for report making which is one of the key features among others. It can also integrate with other tools which makes it stand out from other platforms.
I liked the Hub Planner the most for the team schedule and project management. The visual aspect allows for the identification of tasks assigned to different people and helps to notice overlapping of working hours.
It has a user friendly interface and it is easy to use and learn Robust Resource Management It also helps us to offer a wide range of reports to help project progress and performance.
What I dislike about the product is the cost, which might feel like a burden for the company to handle. One more thing is that its mobile version feels somewhat limited compared to the desktop version. If the platform looks into this area it can come up with a better service.
The pre-built reports are quite limited and there isn't a way to easily refine the data presented in those reports to get the exact information I want. For greater detail, I have to export data and work it in the spreadsheet.
