It just works! Despite having lots of features, it's working seamlessly and gives the data that we need.
Task delegation is great Easy to use, user friendly. Didn't really read too much of their help articles since it was intuitively easy to understand. Configuring hourly rates, can be different rate for different collaborators.
The productivity dashboard gives an excellent high-level view. Cloud based is a big bonus, can monitor productivity from anywhere. Integrations with our core business softwares is a big value add as well.
It takes a lot of time to configure for productive and non-productive apps and websites.
I didn't find options to use Pomodoro technique, there is an article with timers, but I wish they had something more advanced. Maybe they could also look at options to use AI: breaking bigger tasks into smaller pieces, etc.
While it had many integrations we were looking for, we could not integrate all our software. It took some manual work to integrate and automate some processes. The price point seemed a little high for long term use.
