Our overall experience with Huntress ITDR is positive so far. The platform adds a critical layer of identity focused defense that goes beyond the traditional or normal endpoints or SIEM coverage. What we found is its very lightweight, straightforward to deploy, and integrates smoothly with existing identity providers without creating any friction.

It does the job fine but I wasnt blown away or anything. The setup was super easy and they catch the erroneous logon stuff which is good. just wish the reporting was a little more detailed because it requires a bit of digging to find what I need

The support has been extraordinary, the Huntress team is very responsive and clearly understands the challenges that come with credential misuse and lateral movement in hybrid environments. The fact that Huntress is simple and actionable is also another reason i like this platform. The visibility the platform offers into identity misuse & abuse, especially around privileged accounts and dormant credentials has improved how we detect and respond to early stage comprimises. The platfroms reporting and human driven analysis give the detection a level of confidence that we and the board can trust.

deployment was stupid easy, honestly took about 5 minutes to map to O365 tenant and it was up and running. They filter the noise well, don't get spammed with too many alerts for every little thing. Just knowing there is a human behind it, or a SOC, gives peace of mind

Response time of the support team. The effectiveness of the MDR solution and speed of isolation to prevent lateral movement. Ease of use and deployment.

I would like to see a faster evolution of correlations features around SaaS identities and federated access patterns. The platform could use deeper integrations with non-MS identity sources for automation workflows as well.

Reporting is a bit thin, if i need to pull specific report i have to jump through hoops, wish it was a bit easier. Dashbaord feels kinda dated, it works and does the job but not the prettiest or most intuitive thing. Its reactive not magic, but thats the nature of the product I guess, catches after but doesnt always block initial attempt

Lack of customisation on detections. Lack of filtering of alerting. Lack of detection types in ITDR.
