Some of the best features of Hyperproof are the strong automation that we can setup, vendor risk tracking, and the user interface is smooth and easy to use.
I like that it has all the important standards like HIPAA and SOC. I also like its UI which is quite easy to use.
Hyperproof's intuitive and easy to navigate interface is its best USP, and has helped my teams to support risk, audit and compliance management effectively.
Setup and configuration required a lot of resources. We have a team that worked on the configuration and it took longer than normal. The base tier is too simple and cannot perform the required tasks. It is almost a requirement to start at a higher tier. Some users are having trouble with the user interface. Support was quick to respond but had to connect with a few users to get it completed.
Customisation and high-level snapshot of compliance status is missing. Reporting abilities could be improved.
Only downside would be pricing as for SMB companies may find it expensive as compared to Enterprise and large scale organizations.
