What I like most is how the product automates many tasks through integrations with the platforms our company uses, giving us more agility and clear visibility into the processes that need to be completed.

Ease of Use and Onboarding - users consistently say the interface is intuitive, dashboards are clean, and the product is user friendly, so non-experts can pick it up Better Automation for Compliance Workflows - automates many tedious tasks, tracking documentation, enforcing policy reminders, tracking progress towards audits like SOC2 Great Customer Support and Responsiveness - several users mentioned that the support and customer success teams are responsive and helpful
Overall, there isn't anything I particularly dislike. At times it can be a bit confusing to see the same information repeated in different parts of the platform, but it doens't impact the overall experience or usability
