Detailed audit trail and easy linking, but integration remains challenging
Use of the main front facing products (Spreadsheets, Documents, Presentations) rates high on the ease of use. For years Workiva has been pushing for use of Chains and Wdata. When we tried to implement our first chain we did not receive as much support as expected. The changes in product offerings has continued to change and seems like we are paying more and more for the standard functionality - Same data, but different use case and they want to charge more. Audit Trail is amazing. Data Linking - direct linking is easy but not always comprehensive enough. The most recent changes in Linking (adds more cost) and how that linking works has been changing rapidly over the last year and a half, making it more difficult to train large groups of people to keep everyone up to date.
