Preparer / Reviewer workflow - I believe that the workflow between preparers and reviewers makes it very beneficial for supervising projects and working with my supervisor on fieldwork areas. This workflow allows us to consistently map audit logs to projects and assign resources to specific test areas. Resource Planning - Resource Planning / Utilization makes it easy for my management team to assign different employees to projects and allows for staff members to get a holistic view of who is on what project and the timeline of what the rest of their year could look like. Workstream - I believe that Workstream is a product we have been working on using in our audit process, but I feel that it is super powerful for sending out survey requests and has a great workflow for sending audit requests. My team has been focusing more recently on leveraging this capability.

As I mentioned, we used to have to have several working sessions to go through the risk assessments with owners. Now we are able to do a 2 to 3 hour session as we can reuse previous material in the application. reporting has been a big benefit and the predefined reports get us a good jumpstart
AB Annotate: Many of our end users have stressed that AB Annotate is clunky and difficult to document key attributes in documents. Time Tracking: Management has stressed that time tracking can be more customizable and can be utilized/tracked at a lower level. Narratives: I believe that narratives could have a better integration with SOXHUB controls or OpsAudit projects. I would like the ability to have narratives directly embedded as a workpaper or walkthrough instead of having to attach a shareable link. AB Add-in: We have had several issues with the AB Add-in breaking because AuditBoard updates it and we do not have the ability to update it within the Microsoft store. This has taken a toll on several of our end users and they feel that AuditBoard's delivery on this fix has been slow/excruciating. Check-in/Check-out Feature: Many end users have stressed that they would like the capability to simultaneously work on workpapers in real-time without using the check-in/check-out process.
inconsistency in experience level of implementation consultants and customer support/success personnel - frequency and volume of product enhancements are challenging to leverage; inadequate user education - training and inboarding is self serve and there are no tools for platform administrators to manage or monitor training post implementation
- lack of out of the box integration to SAP - implementation is hurried, and it becomes clear that having a dedicated integration partner as a consult consultant is critical it is often not clear, which features are part of your standard package and what are add-ons
