What i like the most is the combination of scalability and flexibility. The tool Allows building efficiente flows using the low-code approach, while still enabling the integration of more complex, custom logic, with or without Java. Furthermore, the wide catalog of connectors for different platforms is a great benefit. IT's a complete platform for any level of integration.

Fairly intuitive language model used throughout the product, looks like an enterprise tool

Very product support from IBM, This product is very stable with lot of ESB features

First, the server.level installation and configuration is overly complex and often requires infrastructure permissions outside the developer's scope. This creates a string dependency on others teams and ruins the agility. Second, the detailed traceability and monitoring of flows can be difficult to manage directly within ACE; a more seamless integration with internal tracing tools is needed. Third, the implementation of security policies at the development level is complicated. Simpler Options are required to manage security without solely relying on external gateways.

Lack of conformance to basic standards e.g. SOAP, and lacklustre support for OAS v2.0 and v3.0 (not fully embracing the whole specification and poor implementation of validation policy)
