We are currently on a prior version of the product, but IBM brought a team in to give an overview, train and provide a more detailed explanation of the product as well as how we specifically can migrate to the modern product. They answered several questions that we had regarding the newer product and support concerns.

While I'm sure the technology is sound, the customer service leaves something to be desired. It took over a month to get in touch with someone to schedule service, and it felt as though there was incredibly poor communication within the company.
