What I like most about Impact is their user friendly platform that simplifies campaign management. Their intuitive interface makes it easy to track performance metrics, enabling us to make data driven decisions that drive results for our clients. Overall Impact has a combination of usability, support and forward thinking that makes their service stand out.
The thing to dislike about Impact is that while the platform is user friendly overall, certain functionalities can be complex and may require additional training or support to fully utilize. In our case, if we need to launch a new merchant on Impact, we must learn how to setup the campaign and support the new user which takes a lot of time. These aspects can be areas for improvement.
