    Prior to the pandemic, we offered employees a gym membership benefit at a local gym. The membership was a popular benefit but was very expensive and not widely utilized. In 2022, we transitioned to Incentfit to allow us to provide employees with a more flexible fitness reward. Instead of a blanket membership to a single gym, employees now have the ability to choose whatever activity they prefer and get rewarded for being active, instead of simply having a gym membership that they may or may not use. From an administration standpoint, the implementation has been flawless. The payroll file arrives on the first of each month and importing it with ADP has been seamless. The user experience with the app, however, is the only thing holding back the grade.

Flexibility - I love that we can reward bikers, pickleballers, yogis, weightlifters, bikers, etc. No matter the activity, we can reward our employees for being active and living healthy lifestyles. 2. Cost Effective - We wanted to offer a benefit that encourages activity. Our previous gym membership gave people the option to be healthy but they were rewarded whether or not they ever used the gym membership. We were paying $XXs monthly for only a few gym visits. With Incentfit we reward the activity that we want and in a far more effective way. 3. Payroll Integration - Importing the payroll file into ADP is done in just a few clicks. 4. Additional customizations - We are currently using the base package, but Incentfit offers a variety of cool customizations that allow the company to deploy other use cases like challenges or goals to engage employees. We're excited to try these in the near future.
