Incode Likes & Dislikes
I like the quality of the product and customer service.
I do like the service as a flow using testing. I like the responsiveness of the team we collaborate with.
1. Advanced biometric verification - the facial recognition - has helped us operate in a safer way. 2. Strong fraud detection throufh AI - our industry is prone to fraud and Incodes mechanism to verify tampering or suspicious behavior is amazing. 3. Onboarding. the process is quite efficient which helped us migrate in a very smooth way 4. Strong options for out of th ebox integrations for other tools
The main weakness I see in the product is training users to use the portal correctly. I see a lot of time used on calls to train administrators to use the portal. I was in a similar boat at a previous company I worked for and one way we worked around this was by: 1. Provide quick portal training videos for users to familiarize themselves with before gaining access to their creds 2. Hiring someone to train/onboard clients to use the portal on a kickoff call, where they setup their first flow together 3. From there tech support could help configure the flow further, especially for more sophisticated flows. Aside from that, I cannot think of anything I dislike or can be improved, so sorry for not meeting the 3 dislikes criteria for this question.
As said above i would like clients only need to start the session they dont care what type of session, let the config backend sort that. Make it more agnostic and less number of client api calls.
1. Dashboard analytics - could be easier for some users 2. As we grow, our pricing structure could be a little complex 3. Some manual review - we have had some issues in verifying some documents for foreign customers

Development Team Seeks More Agnostic APIs and Reduced Client Decision-Making
The people we work with are great at responding and trying to find solutions for us. However the development team feel that sometimes the APIs and data flow could/should be more agnostic. The Client should not be selecting the type or have work arounds for x y and z. There should be a few basic api calls (that i believe are always the same/similar) to start the Flow. THEN, the backend configuration, takes the SDKs into the flow needed. I feel its wrong for the client to be making too many decisions. Also your webview is so good, why not just have your android and iOS SDKs just wrap that webview? Saving you dev time. - Director of Operations<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
