Aside from their customer service, Persona's product has been customizable to meet our needs perfectly. The vast configurability of the platform has allowed us to adapt with the evolving threats of fraud and bad actors. Updates to the platform's end user experience have been seamless and have required no lift from our team. These updates have enhanced the experience for our end users as they complete the identity verification process.
Being able to customize anything and full visibility on an individual inquiry. We sort of use IDV through our old HR provider before persona and we had no visibility on individual inquiries and could not customize anything.
I like the software's KYC and AML compliance. Availability of strong authentication systems such as biometrics and multifactor authentication features. Persona software has knowledge-based authentication systems and an extensive self-service portal. Ability of the software in preventing biometric fraud by eliminating all forms of spoofing attacks. The software has a three-layer identity verification procedure that ensures accuracy in identity management. Persona software can be easily tailored to match specific work needs and has a seamless deployment and implementation process. It allows third party integration and supports out of band authentication.
Nothing much, Our use case is unique given that we have a large number of internal users and institutions feeding into the platform for identity verification. We are able to use tags and teams to ensure each of our colleges only has access to review their applicants and the users at the system level are able to see system wide activity. Using the tags makes it clear which trends we are seeing and at which college.
1. Cost is very high per inquiry at scale it would be nice to have an unlimited option but I understand the margin are also quite high 2. It does take a long time to ramp up and get familier this is not neccassary a bad thing but you basically can not learn the product in a day and you have to be devoted. I have a heard time onboarding other employees 3. Seems really minor but the themes can be sort of strange and hard to get it to match our platform with custom dark mode and light mode. Our app which uses the embedded react persona component supports switching from one to the other at will
