The fact there is one single hub to oversee all insights. It is Microsoft intel so you know it is reliable and trustworthy which was one of the reasons we chose the platform. It is also fantastic as we can use it both cloud based and on premises - previously we had needed to choose one or the other but we are delighted this gives the option to use both as needed which is perfect for the remote workers amongst our team. The ingredients and the track and trace are also excellent tools that we are keen to get more use out of as this is something our previous supplier did not have.
There really was nothing to dislike - the support is 24/7 and the software has really helped us to reduce costly customisations.
