B2B DX integrates well with other Informatica products (Power Center) and fits within our overall data management platform for that reason. Also, Informatica was supportive and responsive throughout implementation and is making continuous investments in the product - particularly in the MFT gateway which we are eager to adopt. The dashboard provides a level of visibility into our data exchange activity that we did not previously have. On the down side, the toolset has proven to be a bit complicated and disjointed. Training options are limited and it takes some time for developers to get up to speed - in fact, we have a very low adoption of the UDT component which is central to many use cases touted by the sales team for the product.
