On the down side, the toolset has proven to be a bit complicated and disjointed. Training options are limited and it takes some time for developers to get up to speed - in fact, we have a very low adoption of the UDT component which is central to many use cases touted by the sales team for the product.

the web based UI is limited in some areas and the need to utalize the desktop development environment means there are multiple applications that must be managed.
