They don't just process quotes and renewals, they actively look for ways to optimize our licensing, identify cost saving opportunities, and they flag potential compliance risks before they become issues for us. 2.) Their knowledge and insight saves our team time and helps us make more informed budgeting and procurement decisions. 3.) They often leverage their partnerships with major publishers to negotiate better pricing or alert us early to upcoming licensing or program changes, which helps us plan ahead and avoid surprises.

Comprehensive visibility and insights: Insight has assisted us to manage and provide clear insights for all our software needs. The dashboards provide meaningful usage data and licensing risks. This extra layer of insight helps us with renewals, licensing and offboarding. Proactive Compliance: A key strength of this service allows use to be remain compliant with our audits. By continuous have insight monitor. It allows us to stay on top of our compliance and get ahead before it becomes an issue. Operational Efficiency: Insights Managed Services is a true extension of our internal org. Their assistance with responsiveness and willingness to help makes it easy to tailor our environment to make our day to day operations easier.

1.) Occasional turnaround delays on complex quotes: While standard renewals are fast, more complex or multi-vendor quotes can sometimes take longer than expected, which can impact tight procurement timelines. 2.) Limited self-service reporting: I'd like more robust, customizable dashboards and on-demand reports for license usage, spending trends, and compliance status instead of relying on scheduled or requested reports. 3.) Inconsistent points of contact: at times, working with different account or support reps for similar requests can lead to contextual gaps requiring us to re-explain our environment / preferences.

Lead times could be sorter, commercials on behalf of software supplier could be more challenged.

More flexibility in customization: While the existing dashboards are helpful, it would be nice to add columns and customize our reports so we can look at one report and not 2-3 to get the same info. Initial setup: The initial onboarding process was long and took time to integrate all our date so we could use it in the long-term. A more streamlined setup would help to assist in reducing this initial strain Issues for small business: Due to the complexity it could be hard for small business to setup and leverage these insights
