It turns raw workforce data into clear and actionable reports. It helps in visualizing the proper data by which we can understand the patterns and real-time tracking of productivity of employees and clear dashboard for right and smart decision making.
Easy to use, Quick to set up.
Real-time monitoring, productivity tracking and detailed analytics are what I like most about the solution. It helped me a lot in increasing the productivity of my employees and grow the business better.
It is a very good tool but you know sometimes power can be a drawback. As we know it is an employee productivity tracking tool which is why it is overly focused on employee monitoring and not supporting the employees. The other thing is there is a lot of data that makes so many metrics. Which makes us so confused. As more data becomes available, it will confuse us in so many ways rather than always helping. Managing big data sometimes makes things complicated. One of the biggest challenges is training people to use the software. It's time consuming too.
The auto labeling needs some work. This is not always correct, but it is easy to find the auto-labeled sites and label them yourself instead. I know it will only get better with time.
The learning curve involved requires a lot of time to properly implement the solution and take full advantage of it and the overall cost of the solution is what I dislike about the solution.
