Easy to use, Quick to set up.
Real-time monitoring, productivity tracking and detailed analytics are what I like most about the solution. It helped me a lot in increasing the productivity of my employees and grow the business better.
Talking about three features I liked most in insightful are firstly Apps & Website Usage which track usage of apps & website by employee. Secondly integration of any internal or external software with insightful. At last getting alert to employee based on their productivity level.
The auto labeling needs some work. This is not always correct, but it is easy to find the auto-labeled sites and label them yourself instead. I know it will only get better with time.
The learning curve involved requires a lot of time to properly implement the solution and take full advantage of it and the overall cost of the solution is what I dislike about the solution.
Mobile app will certainly give more millage to insightful which is missing at present.
