First of all the support, since the POC they have been great on providing guidance and technical support. On the other hand, the user interface is very user-friendly and yet very powerful. We also like the automated scans and the reporting parts. The alerts also make it easy to be informed of new vulnerabilities.
The reports are clear and easy to read when sending to customers or prospects. The number of checks they perform are always increasing every month, included with the service. They have great integrations into Slack, Drata and other services so we can stay on top of things effortlessly.

Some of the widgets/reports can be too high-level, they are good for top management but not very useful to other technical teams we work for the patching process. The integrations can also be improved, being limited on supporting other security tools we have.
I am occasionally logged out of the platform and have to log in again even when I've used it fairly regularly, but this is only a minor inconvenience. It would be nice to see an AI summary of the checks that have been added since our last scan so we know what we're covered for now at a glance. It would be nice to be able to generate an overall summary of our security posture for customers or prospects that summarises several months worth of scan reports.
Integration with Drata is very limited and only fills the data for a single control - we were hoping for a more integrated solution Onboarding of clients is very manual IAM Roles are too broad - admin is needed for most actions
