The platform is super customizable and for our end-users, it is really intuitive and easy for them to use.

The approach ITONICS takes to innovation, which is end-to-end and strategy-driven allowing us to define where to play first before we commit ressources to initatives. When we execute a new innovation project we can be sure it has been systematically validated. Also, their support from the initial touchpoint up until now remains best in class.

The platform is feature-rich and this can take some getting used to (initially) for those with minimal technology skills.

There is a large amount of different terminology in the software to align understanding with, though not so difficult to overcome.

Complexity for new users: the tooling can be complex at times requiring effort to fully understand and utilize its advanced features.
